Graphic and Web design play an important role in my life. Ever since I was 14 years old, I've always been interested in web design. I am also a largely visual person; I like when things are pleasing to the eye. I love when things pop, I love when design brings something new to the table and is daring and experimental. I thrive on creativity and it excites me when other people do the same. I am grateful for the ability to make things with the aid of technology. It's fun and it keeps me going, it keeps me positive and it is something that I never grow tired of.

I ventured to two different schools in pursuit of a degree in design. First I dabbled a little bit at St. Cloud State University for a little more than a year before deciding it was not the place for me. In 2007 I continued again, but instead at Brown College where the design program was more in-depth. I continued until October 2008, when I graduated with my Associate's of Applied Science in Visual Communications. Since then, I feel like I have moved up the ladder a great deal in my knowledge of both graphic and web design. A solid education can do wonders.

My favorite tools are, of course, Adobe Photoshop. I also have a Macbook Pro which I have treated almost like a child since I got in 2007. I am proficient in a number of other programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and After Effects. I am also able to work in both a PC and Mac environment.

Nearly all work done here was made for a grade in my various classes. Some are part of projects that I'd like to pursue further in the future. Some works feature my own photography, and some are aided with images from various resources. My works are not to be stolen or used for any other purpose! I take art theft very seriously. Do not take my work and claim you made it, and do not take my work and manipulate it to your liking. I work hard on all my pieces and do not appreciate it being tampered with.
